Recently we had a customer who was in a rush to receive her order, but who waited for several weeks before sending payment in full. This individual was unable to understand how to answer a "PayPal Request for Money" so she ended up sending us a check, which obviously took longer to receive, endorse, mail away and clear.

Furthermore, we clearly state in our site that the crafts will NOT be created until AFTER THE FULL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED! So, just to clear any doubts, let me reproduce below the information we have in our site, at the "How to Order" Page:

All work is made to order and special requests are welcome.Remember to write any information that will help to produce your request correctly.The artist will contact you by email or by phone, if necessary for more details.
We no longer carry a printed copy of the catalog. This online catalog provides the most up to date information, as well as the lowest prices available.
How to Order:
If you wish to order now thru the website and pay with Visa/MC/AE/Discovery/e-check...Just use the cart symbol for each item and follow PayPal instructions.The shipping, handling and mailing (insured) is about 7% of the order total.
Or if you wish to order by email, mail or fax, after we receive your order we will send you a(Request Money) from our account with PayPal. Once you receive it, please, follow PayPal instructions...it is very easy and free to use!

For all email, fax or mail orders ONLY, please specify the following:
1. Your Name, Phone number, Company name, Tax business number if applyAddress to be shipped, Shipping terms selected (USPS or UPS).
